We design, develop, and deliver creative, distinctive and thought provoking keynote speeches and presentations to help clients understand the key future factors driving innovation, growth, and disruptive change. Our presentations highlight the new thinking and business models being enabled by exponential technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, immersive technologies like augmented and virtual reality, 3D and 4D printing, the Internet of Things, and hyper-connectivity.
Of particular interest are the mindset shifts and leadership capabilities required to compete in the emerging future in order to help clients make informed choices now on the potential impact of emerging technologies.
Keynote speeches and presentations can be supported by the provision of books, pre and post event consultation sessions, and other content.

We design bespoke executive education events that focus on how foresight can provide a platform for teams to actively engage with uncertainty and complexity.
Given that the exponential change we see is making looking into the future more uncertain and that consensus on the way ahead is harder to achieve, the ability to shift our mindset to one that is open to collaborative foresight and new change models to help create flexible and resilient responses is increasingly critical.
Our events can build on a number of foresight techniques such as trend analysis, horizon scanning, cross impact analysis, and scenario planning so that delegates are immersed in the potential changes to enable exploration of new responses and solutions.

Horizon scanning is the systematic investigation of future trends to help organisations prepare for potential opportunities and threats. This helps to ensure that strategies are resilient to different future environments.
Scans can be broad macro studies or tailored to a particular market segment. They might also include the development of a taxonomy of themes, trends and underlying drivers to help an organisation develop a shared language about the different elements of trend analysis.
We design bespoke studies and insight sessions to support the client organisation in making sense of the implications of the findings for both the client and client’s stakeholders.
